Told to factory reset my computer which would've done nothing to resolve the issue and would have taken up more of my time recovering everything I just deleted (Applications, Saved passwords/usernames, Pictures/Videos, etc.). Everything will work as you have wanted for however long you've been trying to fix this issue for.
